Previously defined by its dated, builder-grade layout— complete with a bulky corner tub and an enclosed shower— this space has been reimagined into a haven of elegance and functionality. The centerpiece is the sleek freestanding tub, strategically placed beneath a large window to soak in the natural light, while a bold black hexagon tile creates a stunning contrast and anchors the design.

Complementing the space are two vanities in a sharp black finish, offering ample storage and perfectly balancing practicality with style. The spacious curbless shower, framed by seamless frameless glass, now feels open and airy, creating a beautiful ambiance. The walls are adorned with stunning tile that carries a luxurious yet timeless aesthetic, tying all the elements together.

Thoughtful details, such as modern brushed nickel fixtures, soft overhead lighting, and a striking contemporary chandelier, elevate the space even further. The dining nook suffered from similar issues, with bulky cabinetry and heavy, outdated light fixtures that made the space feel cramped.

The transformation began with a complete revamp of the kitchen and finishes. Soft, muted blue cabinetry now takes center stage, offering an soft yet sophisticated aesthetic. Gold hardware adds a touch of understated elegance, while crisp white quartz countertops and a textured backsplash enhance the brightness of the space. Modern stainless steel appliances were seamlessly integrated, elevating the kitchen's practicality without disrupting the cohesive design.

In the dining area, new custom cabinetry features glass-front upper doors, beautifully displaying glassware and decor while maintaining a clean and uncluttered feel. OUR #1 SOUTHLAKE TRANSFORMATION

The original bathroom, depicted in the "before" photo on the far left, had an odd traditional design featuring a wooden vanity, freestanding bathtub, and a marble-tiled shower area. While still nice and functional in its own right, the space felt somewhat dated, with a mix of dark and light tones and a chandelier that added a touch of an old-world feel.

With the "after" photos, the bathroom has been completely modernized, boasting a sleek and contemporary design. The updated space includes a frameless glass shower enclosure that opens up the area, making it feel more spacious and inviting. The corner bathtub now features a chic olive paneled surround, perfectly complemented by the double vanity with olive cabinetry and stylish black fixtures. The new design emphasizes clean lines and neutral colors, creating a more cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic.

The large mirrors and updated lighting fixtures further enhance the overall look, adding a sense of brightness and openness to the bathroom. The original layout, evident from the "before" photo on the bottom left, lacked the distinctive features that the new design boasts. The updated space, in the middle photo, features striking blue and gold marble-like tiles, creating a spa-like retreat that draws the eye and captivates the senses. The built-in shelf adds both functionality and aesthetic appeal, while modern fixtures further elevate the luxurious feel.

In the new design shown on the far right, where the top left photo once captured a more traditional setup, we now see a revitalized vanity area with double sinks, elegant mirrors, and soft lighting. The transformation here is equally impressive, with the new setup exuding a serene ambiance. The clean lines and contemporary finishes breathe new life into the space, making it both inviting and stylish.
